The Old Dowlin Mill, at 641 Sudderth Dr. in Ruidoso, New Mexico, was built in 1868 by Captain Paul Dowlin. The Old Dowlin Mill is the oldest building in Ruidoso. It has also been known as Old Mill, Dowlins Mill, and Lesnetts Mill. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2013.
