East Main Street Historic District (New Iberia, Louisiana)

East Main Street Historic District is a historic district in downtown New Iberia, Louisiana, United States, located along East Main Street from Weeks Street to Philip Street.

The 30-acre (12 ha) area comprises a total of 71 buildings, of which 57 are considered contributing properties, and 4 are also listed on the National Register of Historic Places as individual properties or contributing properties of Downtown New Iberia Commercial Historic District, one of them (Shadows-on-the-Teche) is also a National Historic Landmark. Building dates vary from 1834 to 1933 and represent the most relevant structures of New Iberia's main residential rue in historic period.

The historic district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on July 28, 1983.
